Boston Shakespeare Project

Boston Shakespeare Project provides arts and humanities enrichment programs to Greater Boston's youth.

Our in-class workshops are designed to help introduce Shakespeare's poems and plays to students (grades 5-8) through fun, interactive, performance-based activities. Available as single visits or multi-week residencies, these workshops are customized for teachers in order to complement their individual classroom goals. Our university teaching fellows encourage young students to forge their own connections to characters and themes in Shakespeare's works, while exploring the playwright's use of language, meter, and word play.
